We primarily fulfill and ship our products through Gelato, a global print-on-demand service. As such, Gelato’s Shipping Policy also applies to your order. This includes shipping rates, delivery times, customs processes, and package handling.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, availability may vary depending on your location and the products ordered. During checkout, you’ll be informed if delivery to your region is supported.

Shipping times depend on your location and the product’s fulfillment origin. Estimated delivery time typically includes:

  • Fulfillment time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping time: 2–10 business days depending on the destination and shipping method

Please note: These are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or local delivery issues.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item(s) ordered. Costs may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Wait 1–2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

8. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is sent to production and cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check your shipping address and product details before confirming your purchase.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Errors

If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may offer to reship it at the customer’s expense. Please contact us for options if this occurs.
